At Ultra Body Apparel & Co., all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products or services purchased, unless required by law. This policy ensures that all customers receive new, unused items and we maintain fairness and transparency in our sales process.

Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, we encourage you to contact our customer service team by email and/or business number before making a purchase. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided to help you make an informed decision.

Exceptions to this policy are made only in the case of defective or damaged items, which must be reported within 36 hours of completed purchase (date and time can be seen on your receipt via confirmation email). In such cases, please contact our team with your order number, and we will work to resolve the issue.
